Arrival at Leh Airport

Upon arrival at the Leh airport and transfer to hotel. After welcome tea and coffee, rest for whole day & and let your body take complete acclimatization. Late afternoon, if health permits, drive to Shanti Stupa & stay back. Overnight Hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure, overnight at hotel in Leh.

Leh local Sightseeing

On the day 02nd after breakfast we take you for a tour of Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Kali Temple and Sangam. At Sangam you can enjoy rafting on Zangskar river. (optional cost) Hall of Fame is a must visit for every patriotic Indian. It has been built by Indian army in memory of soldiers who lost their lives in Kargil war. Return to Leh in the afternoon. GurdwaraPatthar Sahib located at a distance of 40 kms from Leh, was constructed in 1571, in memory of Guru Nanak to commemorate his visit to this region. Magnetic Hill is the place where you will see your car, with its engine turned off, move upwards on a steep slope. It almost sounds unbelievable. The Sangam is the place called Nimu where the Zanskarriver and Indus rivers merge. In the evening come back to Leh. Overnight Hotel.

Nubra Valley via Khardongla. 125km./ 4 Hrs.

On the day 3rd after early breakfast, drive to beautiful Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) with the zig zag trail continues and drive till Hundar village. On arrival check in to camp. Afternoon enjoy the beauty of sand dune and double hump camel. Overnight at Camp or hotel.

Turtuk excursion (Former Baltistan) 115 Kms./3.5 hrs.

On the day 4th, Early morning drive to TurTuk village with drive landscape, Exotic village. The total population of Turtuk is just 4000 and follow islam as about 40 years back this village was under Pakistan and speak Baltistan language, explore this beautiful village and explore the life here, we will go for a walk around the village and also meet the people. Later come back to Hunder village. Overnight at the camps or Hotel.

Disket/ Hunder/ - Pangong Lake (Via Shayok) 270 Kms/ 7Hrs.

On the day 5th, you will get up early morning visit to Diskit monastery and have wonderful view of Nubra valley. Later drive to Pangong Lake via Shayok. Enjoy the turquoise color panoramic lake and the magnificent mountains and landscapes which will leave you awestruck. Overnight at Camp.

Pangong Lake -Hanle via Chushul-tsaga la-loma band.

On the day 6th, after breakfast proceed for Hanle in changthang region of Ladakh is one of the most beautifully enchanting, calm and soul loosing places in India. Hanle has a lovely hanle monastery offering some great aerial views of whole village that is a home of about 1000 people. Hanle monastery is a 17th century monastery of the Drukpa lineage of the Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism. Monastey is home to about 60 monks. The main monastery, one of the largest and best known of ladakh’s monasteries, was built under the protange of the kind singeenamgyal. The views from the top of monastery are just breath taking. Hanle is also house an Indian astronomical observatory which is the world highest observatory in the world at a staggering height of 4500 mtrs. Overnight in guest house.

Hanle-Tsomoriri Lake. 100 Kms./ 3.5 Hrs.

On the day 7th, after breakfast leave for Tsomoriri Lake (14,000 ft),3-4 hrs one way drive on the way visiting Nyoma-Mahe bridge. Tsomoriri Lake is breeding grounds for numerous species of birds and other wildlife , chief among them are the bar headed goose, found in great numbers, crested grebe, the Brahmini duck (ruddy sheldrake) and the brown headed gull, Wild ass , Tibetan mastiff , and many more .The Lake is 8 Kms. Wide and 28 Kms long with colors and shades of nature overwhelming you. Overnight in tents.

Tsomoriri/ Korzok/ Tsokar/ TanglangLa/ Leh 210 Kms/ 5.5 Hrs.

On the day 8th , After breakfast drive back to Leh visiting PugaSulphur Mine, Tsokar Lake and through Taklang La Pass (17585 ft) second highest motorable road in the world. Evening free to explore the local markets of Leh. Dinner and overnight at Hotel in Leh.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart to airport for onward destination..
