Kerala, a state on India's tropical Malabar Coast, has nearly 600km of Arabian Sea shoreline. It's known for its palm-lined beaches and backwaters, a network of canals. Inland are the Western Ghats, mountains whose slopes support tea, coffee and spice plantations as well as wildlife. National parks like Eravikulam and Periyar, plus Wayanad and other sanctuaries, are home to elephants, langur monkeys and tigers.
Day 1

Arrival at Cochin

On this day, arrival at Cochin airport, you will meet our representative and later you will be transferred to the hotel. In the afternoon, you can go for a city tour around Cochin and visit Dutch Palace (Built by the Portuguese), Jew Town, the 1568 Jewish Synagogue, spice market, where the air is filled with the pungent smell of spices, St. Francis Church and Chinese fishing nets. The evening holds a show of Kerala's most popular classical dance. Later return back to hotel, overnight stay at the hotel.

 

Day 2

Cochin - Munnar (130 Km / 4-5 H)

In Morning after Breakfast, check out to the hotel and drive to Munnar hills (130 Kms), the green Paradise of Kerala with unending expands of Tea plantations, spice plantations and a variety of flora and fauna. On the way visit two beautiful waterfalls as Cheeyappara and Valara along with the foggy Tea meados across the hills and valleys. Transfer to hotel on arrival and spend the remaining day at leisure and enjoy picturesque landscapes. Visit the aromatic tea plantations or indulge in thrilling sports activities like paragliding. Later in the evening transfer to the hotel,  overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3

Munnar

After breakfast, spend a full day sightseeing in and around Munnar. Enjoy panoramic views of Anamudi, the highest peak of South India at 2695 m, which is visible from Munnar. Visit the Christ Church and proceed to watch wildlife at Eravikulam National Park (16 km). Continue your tour to Rajamalai Hills lying adjacent to the park and stop by at Madupetty Dam, a famous picnic spot for boating and horse riding. Later in the evening transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay at the hotel.

 

Day 4

Munnar To Thekkady (100 Km /3-4 H)

In Morning after Breakfast, proceed towards Thekkady, which is well known for its Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and spice plantations. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and freshen up. In the afternoon, head out for a spice plantation tour (on direct payment basis), The scented aroma of spices like cardamom and pepper will certainly tickle your senses. Some of the other spices that are grown here are cloves and cinnamon. Retire to the hotel in the evening and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.

 

Day 5

Activities In Thekkady

Soon after breakfast, you may choose to indulge in adventure activities, like bamboo rafting, border hiking and trekking. For an adrenaline rush, you can also partake in other activities like wildlife train and hiking. Tourists also have an option of enjoying a boat ride (on direct payment basis) on the artificial lake in the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. This natural reserve is spread across an area of about 925 sq km and serves as a haven for wildlife. With rich biodiversity and scenic beauty, this park is certainly a paradise for nature lovers as well as wildlife enthusiasts. The presence of the beautiful artificial lake enhances the beauty of this park. In the evening transfer to the hotel for overnight stay at the hotel.

 

Day 6

Thekkady – Alleppey (140 Km / 3-4 H)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey. Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. Check in time is 01:00 PM and cruise starts with lunch. While cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual - skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, and ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Food will be served onboard. Dinner & Overnight stay in the houseboat

Day 7

Alleppey - Kovalam (170 Km / 4-5 H)

Disembark from the houseboat at Alleppey and transfer to Kovalam. Upon arrival check in to the hotel, Spend a free time resting on the beach. Enjoy playing with the golden sands or take a swim in the shallow water. A soothing sunbath is a perfect option to unwind. The more adventurous honeymooners can enjoy thrilling beach sports. An Ayurvedic massage can also be availed (optional). Later, in the evening transfer to the hotel following by an overnight stay at the hotel in Kovalam Beach.

Day 8

Kovalam – Trivandurm (20 Km)

In Morning after Breakfast check out to the hotel and drop to Trivandurm Airport/ Railway station for your onward journey to your next destination. Tour ends with sweet Memories with “Fiestro Holidays”
